Misión del puesto de trabajo

La misión principal del Guest Service Agent es asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes durante su estancia en el Grand Palladium Palace White Ibiza, así como obtener información de la insatisfacción que pueda generarse a los mismos, siendo el enlace entre los huéspedes y la dirección del hotel.

Funciones principales
  • Asegurar la máxima satisfacción del cliente durante su estancia.
  • Gestionar la atención al cliente VIP.
  • Asesoramiento a los clientes en información de la isla y venta de servicios adicionales: alquiler barcos, transfers, coches de lujo.
  • Coordinación, junto a Recepción, de transfers solicitados en el hotel.
  • Gestionar las reservas de restaurantes y servicios internos y externos, a clientes del hotel.
  • Solucionar en la medida de lo posibles las quejas o peticiones de los clientes siempre que no impliquen cambios de habitación.
  • Informar al responsable de la evolución de los trabajos realizados en el turno e incidencias.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia en la posición ofertada, preferiblemente en hoteles 5*.
  • Grado en Turismo.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el sector.
  • Cocimiento de programas de gestión hotelera.
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
  • Imprescindible segundo idioma.
