KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all health, safety, and environmental aspects across the associated wind farms, collaborating closely with the Safety Leaders at each site and managing the project HSE team members. Manage and address all HSE concerns at the wind farms, ensuring effective coordination among various companies and activities taking place at each site. Address and resolve safety challenges during the assembly and commissioning phases. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures as necessary. Advocate for and spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing health, safety, and environmental practices. Evaluate and refine work instructions and procedures. Align the Risk Prevention Plan with ongoing activities at the wind farms. Develop and provide training specifications and information regarding health, safety, and environmental protocols.CANDIDATE PROFILE:
A Master's degree with three specializations in Health, Safety, and Environment. Willingness to travel and engage in on-site work. Proficient in English at an intermediate level. Strong technical expertise. Familiarity and experience with Civil Works, particularly in Balance of Plant (BOP) projects.Nordex Group is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
