About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Specialist to join our team at Crossell. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in helping us anticipate and manage a wide variety of risks, from natural catastrophes and climate change to cybercrime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and disseminate actionable intelligence products to support our cybersecurity strategy and incident response efforts.
  • Apply structured analytic techniques to identify and conceptualize intelligence products with clearly defined judgments.
  • Work closely with our Head of Cybersecurity to continually improve and mature our Cyber Threat Intelligence department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a culture of respect, collaboration, creativity, and transparency is maintained and improved.
Requirements
  • Ability to identify, conceptualize, and develop intelligence products with clearly defined judgments that are unbiased and based on an understanding of our threat profile and security posture.
  • Proficiency in cyber threat intelligence frameworks, such as ATTCK, Lockheed Martin Cyber Kill Chain, Diamond Model of Intrusion Analysis, etc.
  • Ability to understand the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by threat actors of interest during operations.
  • Discern and understand threat actor behaviors and patterns.
  • Ability to work with complete, incomplete, and different datasets to extract threat data and information effectively.
  • Able to apply a structured approach towards measuring the validity, veracity, and credibility of data sources.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of Windows OS internals.
  • Experience in programming and scripting languages to support automation of data analysis and local processes.
  • Technical background in incident response or forensic analysis.
  • Cyber threat intelligence certifications, incident response, or malware analysis (e.g., GCTI, GREM, GCFA).
