Crunch Fitness Instructor Opportunity

Are you passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals? Do you have a natural flair for leading groups and motivating individuals? We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Crunch Fitness in Toledo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct safe and effective exercise classes for clients of all levels
  • Maintain all mandatory education certifications, including CPR and nationally accredited aerobic certification
  • Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures and understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
  • Maintain professional disposition at all times and follow all club/facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Nationally accredited aerobic certification (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred)
  • Valid yoga or Pilates certification also acceptable
  • Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
