About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Blu Selection. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on the status of recruitment processes.
  • Contract Management: Create, issue, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Administration: Manage invoices and payslips, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various departments to address financial and legal issues, providing clear and concise communication to stakeholders.
  • Candidate Support: Assist candidates with any issues or concerns, providing a high level of customer service.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Location: Based in Barcelona (NIE + SSN) is a must.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in Administration and HR is essential.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work closely with different departments and communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Education: A bachelor's or Master's degree is a plus.
