Job Title: Sales Engineer HVAC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer HVAC to join our team at Panasonic. As a Sales Engineer HVAC, you will be responsible for identifying and visiting target consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers to identify projects and support them in designing projects with Panasonic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and visit target consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers to identify projects
  • Support consultants and installers in designing projects with Panasonic solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Follow up on projects in Salesforce and monitor the project pipeline regularly
  • Support installers and consultants with training regarding Panasonic products and software
  • Provide market feedback to Product Managers to inform strategy/tactics review and future product development
  • Suggest appropriate measures to achieve strategic company goals
  • Build strong relationships with specifiers, design offices, and installers to increase project business
  • Coordinate regularly with internal partners to follow up on project installations from product sales to commissioning, minimizing installation risks by anticipating potential issues
  • Ensure appropriate documentation of the project pipeline and project progress in relevant systems
Requirements:
  • Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Experience in Business Development in B2B is beneficial
  • Proficient understanding and know-how in processes, technologies, products, or other relevant fields of expertise
  • Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques
  • Understanding of the impact of legislation and regulations relevant to the business or function
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under stress
