We are seeking a talented Graduate Business Data Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. As a Graduate Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us to drive business growth and improve decision-making through data analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to define and translate business needs into project and data requirements
• Perform data analysis and create visualizations using data storytelling techniques
• Contribute to various success factors such as revenue and cost reduction, productivity savings, reduction of risk, and contribution to our ESG agenda
• Develop and maintain industry-leading products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve decision-making

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Business-minded with project management or process improvement understanding
• Keen eye for detail and inquisitive mind to help problem-solve
• Resilient and determined, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world
• Adept at requirement gathering and able to collect, organize, and disseminate large amounts of data
• Able to present data and explain complex analyses in a clear manner
