Culinary Department Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Coordinator to join our culinary team at Accor Hotels. As an active member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all requirements of F&B Culinary Administration to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily incoming correspondence and handle responses as appropriate
- Compose and prepare routine correspondence and reports
- Receive and screen incoming telephone calls and provide information or refer matters to the appropriate person
- Establish and maintain filing/records/database of business contacts and follow up as necessary
- Arrange meetings and take minutes
- Function as an administrative link to ensure all parties receive relevant information
- Organize documents needed by Executive Chef and handle staff attendance
- Maintain and update the culinary notice board and order office stationery supplies
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities and administer salaries and leave entitlements
- Involve in staff training and development, assessment, and promotions
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role in a 5-star hotel
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Presentable, well-groomed with leadership qualities
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
