Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled HSE Trainer to join our team. As an HSE Trainer, you will be responsible for providing technical training to O&M technicians, subcontractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for O&M technicians, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Design and implement training materials and programs to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our team members and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our training center.

Requirements

  • Experience in the wind industry, with a focus on HSE and training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
