Job Title: Area Coordinator

Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Area Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that concession stores attain sales targets, conducting periodic store visits, and facilitating new store openings. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing merchandising and customer service standards, facilitating the pull-out of damaged and overstocked items, and providing prompt action on area/store concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure concession stores attain sales targets
  • Conduct periodic store visits and facilitate new store openings
  • Implement merchandising and customer service standards
  • Facilitate the pull-out of damaged and overstocked items
  • Provide prompt action on area/store concerns
  • Ensure timely submission of daily sales reports and inventory reports
  • Act on service crew concerns
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any 4-year Business Related Course
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the Food Industry
  • Experience in handling service crew
  • Good time and personnel management skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork around the LUCENA area
  • Willing to be trained in Quezon City
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverages Industry
  • 1 year of experience as an Area Coordinator
