About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our Amazon Business International Expansion team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in expanding our business to new markets and customers.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions that meet the needs of our business customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve our goals.

We are looking for a talented engineer who is passionate about building great customer experiences and has a strong track record of delivery. If you are a highly quantitative individual with great judgment and a pragmatic approach to building software, we want to hear from you.

About the Team

Amazon Business International Expansion (ABIX) is responsible for expanding our Business to Business market to new marketplaces. We are a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and collaboration. We are looking for a team member who is willing to roll up their sleeves and push hard to help us achieve our goals.

We offer a unique opportunity to work with different AB teams, giving you broad exposure to AB and career growth. You will have the chance to apply Amazon innovation mechanisms and AWS technologies, including native AWS, machine learning, and more at scale.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in professional software development
  • Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
