MRM is seeking a Social Content Developer with over a year of experience in the field, based in Madrid.

Fluency in English (bilingual or native with US English) is crucial, as the content produced will be in English. All interactions with clients and teams will also be conducted in English. A portfolio showcasing your content creation is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically devise content plans tailored for various brands and markets, ensuring unique content for each channel.
  • Create engaging social media content from scratch or adapt existing materials.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills to manage diverse content pieces and audiovisual resources across multiple brands and channels.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Twitter, and demonstrate creativity in proposing and executing ideas.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and precision in all deliverables.
  • Be comfortable in front of the camera and engaging with audiences.
  • Possess knowledge and experience in setting up video recording environments for social media content, including product showcases and tutorials.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Generate innovative and timely ideas for product communication across various channels and formats.
  • Record videos with voiceovers in English, ensuring optimal setup and adherence to social media aesthetics.
  • Edit images and videos to create original content or repurpose existing materials, all in English.
  • Deliver impeccable copywriting in English.
  • Participate in shoots to gather audiovisual resources.
  • Develop content plans for various brands, focusing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Repurpose timeless content/resources for different uses.
  • Collaborate with clients to define and elaborate on briefs for audiovisual resource requests for social media.
  • Oversee creative processes to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Research and identify trends to inform content proposals.
  • Establish and maintain a library of social media resources for the brands managed.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the agency's Social, Accounts, and Creative teams.

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English for voiceovers, audio, copywriting, content creation, and communication.
  • Proven experience of at least one year in managing and producing content for social media, particularly videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, etc.).
  • Proficiency in image and video editing software (Adobe, Capcut).
  • Experience in video production and editing tailored for social media.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
