Job Summary

Thales Group is seeking a highly skilled Validation and Integration Manager/Lead (Hybrid) to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our digital security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our hardware and software solutions based on Thales components.

About the Role

We are looking for a technical expert with a strong background in validation and integration management. Your primary responsibility will be to define and implement the validation and integration strategy for our solutions, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement validation and integration plans, schedules, and test cases
  • Coordinate the integration of software components from different teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication
  • Build and test end-to-end integrated solutions, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
  • Write and maintain documentation and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Participate in customer acceptances, deployments, trainings, and demos, providing technical expertise and support

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in validation and integration management, with a strong background in software testing and integration
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing validation and integration strategies, with a focus on quality and performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills (B2+)
