We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategist to join our team at Importante empresa. As a Senior Strategist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and innovation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Craft and implement growth strategies that identify emerging business opportunities and define innovative pathways to realize market-changing ideas.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, technologists, and program managers, to envision and create new products, services, and experiences.
  3. Formulate clear hypotheses or approaches based on ambiguous information, then validate these hypotheses in collaboration with our team.
  4. Engage with clients to understand their needs and present our team's ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

Requirements

  1. 4+ years of work experience in a related field, such as strategy/business consulting, corporate business strategy, marketing, or innovation management.
  2. Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to client executives.
  3. Experience approaching ambiguous questions and thinking from first principles.
  4. Agile mind, excellent strategic thinking, and intellectual ability.
  5. Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity, with a willingness to travel for research and client meetings.
  6. Business-level ability in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in identifying and delivering on growth opportunities and bringing products or services to market.
  2. Financial analysis and business case development skills.
  3. The ability to prepare compelling presentations.
  4. A degree in business, entrepreneurship, finance, research, engineering, social work, anthropology, human-computer interaction, or liberal arts.
  5. Hands-on research expertise, including ethnographic and qualitative research methods, as well as quantitative research skills.
  6. An interest in global trends, including culture, people, business, and climate.
  7. An interest in technology, both extant and emerging.
  8. A second language (and every additional language is a plus).
