Job Title: Direct Marketing Specialist

At MCI, we're seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Direct Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in executing digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with regional growth strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel analytics using advanced reporting and analytics tools.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, including Marketing, xDR, Ops & Analytics, to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Contribute to managing the customer account journey, ensuring consistent and personalized user experiences that promote funnel progression and customer engagement.
  • Support the refinement of cross-channel digital strategies based on data insights and regional market nuances.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Marketing degree or certifications preferred.
  • 2 years' experience in a marketing position.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data from various direct marketing projects, with a focus on extracting actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience and advanced skills in using data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment.
  • The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
