About the Job
We are looking for a Piping Engineer to join our team in the oil and gas sector. The selected person will be responsible for:
- Defining 2D piping layout drawings
- Participating in the definition of piping classes (PSI, DIN, etc)
- Selecting and sizing materials
- Preparing MTOs
- Generating isometrics
- Creating PIDs: 3D piping diagrams
- Involving in procurement/purchasing phases (supplier selection/validation, evaluation of technical proposals, etc)
- Performing stress and force calculations
- Designing and revising supports
- Dealing with applicable work specifications, piping classes, standards, and work instructions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completed technical engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
- Specialty in Structures (metallic and cement/concrete)
- Proficiency in Caesar software
- Medium/high level of English
