Utilize a blend of standardized methodologies and practical expertise to drive organizational transformation and enterprise technology initiatives. Collaborate with the Product Owner to comprehend business advantages, aligning product vision and strategy to facilitate the realization of that vision. Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess business processes and workflows, collecting and validating business requirements into a structured backlog of epics, user stories, and wireframes. Participate as a key member of the agile team to ensure the successful execution of the backlog.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit, validate, and document business requirements to support intricate software development projects. Communicate the requirements backlog to the broader lean-agile team, acting as a liaison between the business and Engineering to ensure that business needs are addressed and linked to identified Business Benefits Analysis. Collaborate closely with Product Management/Product Owner to manage and refine the requirements backlog, assisting in prioritization efforts. Contribute to effective planning and implementation, including the integration of business processes and the design and delivery of end-user training. Produce internal documentation to support process changes and application usage. Support external engagements by preparing schedules, templates, and processes to facilitate successful elicitation events. Present CCC intellectual property as part of Solution Design in external contexts. Work in tandem with the Agile team, communicating and applying CCC lean-agile principles. Deliver well-structured presentations to internal stakeholders to aid in requirements elicitation, business prioritization, and decision-making, demonstrating the ability to communicate sensitive information with tact.Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst Proven experience with complex application development throughout the software development life cycle Familiarity with SAFe methodology is highly desirable Demonstrated experience in effective management of a backlog of business requirements. Experience in creating supporting artifacts (Wireframes, Data Dictionaries, etc.) using tools such as Google Docs, Visio/Lucidchart, and Axure. Experience in business process modeling using standard notations. Highly Desirable: Formal training in lean-agile methodology; certification preferred in some of the following: BCS/ISEB, IIBA, CSPO/PSPO, PMI-PBAAbout Copyright Clearance Center (CCC):
