About the Role
Coty is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Production Manager to lead our Fragrance Value Stream. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our filling plant, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, service, and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee the production plan is executed in accordance with safety, quality, service, and cost standards.
- Solve daily issues and lead teams to achieve production goals.
- Consolidate the implementation of systems, solve problems, standardize production processes, and maintain continuous improvement at the manufacturing level.
- Develop and motivate middle managers to achieve high-performing teams.
- Actively participate in investigations arising from incidents or accidents that may occur at the plant.
- Lead investigations and root cause analysis of quality nonconformities in different lines.
- Manage planned breakdowns and stops to ensure compliance with the production plan.
- Report KPIs and follow up on production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with established GMP standards.
- Make proposals for continuous improvement actions.
- Lead and motivate the Production Managers team (Process Engineers, Shift Leader, and Maintenance Area).
Requirements
- Superior degree in technical fields (engineering or similar).
- Production processes management experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Problem-solving oriented, methodical, perseverance, and lead the change.
- Master the English language on a near-native level.
