Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple country implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project deliverables, scope, and expectations, coordinating progress with stakeholders and program management.
- Interface independently with functional and business areas affected by the project, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and track detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Make project decisions and recommendations to program management, prioritizing schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Communicate and report project status to program management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Lead project teams, employing project management best practices, and driving results-oriented work.
- Identify training needs within project teams, ensuring continuous improvement and skill development.
- Manage project budgets, allocating financial resources, and reporting project financials.
- Ensure customer satisfaction meets agreed targets, driving improved C-sat through ownership and collaboration with AD.
- Monitor project deliverables, identifying deviations from Alight's standard delivery model, and reporting accordingly.
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation activities, enhancing project performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with third-party providers to deliver contractual commitments.
- At least 4 years' experience in IT-project management, with a background in SAP payroll implementation or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules.
- Willingness to travel.
- Vendor management experience.
- Fluent in English (written, spoken,...).
- Experience within the HR-domain.
- Ideal PMP certification or similar (PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM,...).
- Ideal HR Consulting and/or outsourcing industry experience.
