About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any application-related questions or issues they may have. You will be responsible for redirecting complex issues to the technical team for further analysis and resolution. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a positive relationship between ELCA Group and our customers, documenting standard application processes and procedures to facilitate customer understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of standard application processes and procedures.
  • Work proactively to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the technical team as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Able to work proactively, independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with database systems and SQL queries is a plus.
