Key Responsibilities- Gather and process raw data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external systems.
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or Qlik, to create meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.
- Perform in-depth structured and unstructured data analysis, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations to support their goals.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by the business to address specific questions or concerns.
- Implement data quality checks and processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and BI tools.
- University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics domain with excellent SQL and data modeling skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
- Fluent in English since the team is fully international.
- Experience in the software development lifecycle relevant to the functional area.
- Experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects, taking them from vague requirements to an impactful story.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data findings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a bonus.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and comfortable in a multi-cultural, international organization.
