About the Role

We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team as a Senior Playable Ad Developer. As a vital member of our creative team, you will lead the creation of innovative playable ads for our mobile games. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing interactive playable ads that incorporate engaging game mechanics, animations, and effects.
  • Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to craft compelling ad concepts and optimize them for performance.
  • Implementing analytics to measure the effectiveness of playable ads.
  • Developing high-quality, interactive playable ads for our mobile games.
  • Modifying and iterating on gameplay creatively to provide raw recordings for advertising campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing game mechanics and logic, animations, and effects.
  • Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to design engaging ad concepts.
  • Optimizing playable ads for performance and user experience.
  • Implementing tracking and analytics within playable ads to measure engagement and effectiveness.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in developing playable ads or interactive content for mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with Unity, Cocos Creator, or similar game engines.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and engaging interactive content.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms and their requirements.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages and tools related to game development.
