About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio management system to enhance visibility across projects and programs.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to manage product portfolio priorities, dependencies, and risks.
  • Support the integration of the OKR framework into operations and guide teams in developing and executing roadmaps.
  • Organize and participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute to long-term product roadmaps and efficient resource management.
  • Help ensure portfolio priorities are clear across teams and promote uniform project and program prioritization criteria.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar or related role, with demonstrated skills in project or program management in a product-driven company.
  • Understanding of portfolio management concepts and ability to support decision-making and priority alignment with business objectives.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to collaboration towards common goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
