About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to join our team at Jobandtalent Uk Ltd. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including recruiting, legal, and admin, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients on progress, incidents, and solutions.
  • Implement and manage changes to meet project objectives and minimize risk.
  • Support the overall recruiting process for key accounts.
  • Lead communication with clients to develop structured processes and ensure client needs are met.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the staffing industry, management consulting, or training programs in a top company.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to define reports and understand metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to master daily analysis and big-picture reporting.
