Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize spend and improve supplier relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define purchasing roadmaps and negotiate contracts with key vendors
- Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and negotiate agreements that meet business needs
- Represent FREE NOW in supplier negotiations and ensure that procurement processes are followed consistently
- Design and implement a purchasing system to support business growth and efficiency
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management
- Deep negotiation knowledge and experience with advanced negotiation strategies
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Fluent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
