Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Project Manager to oversee power conversion projects, enhancing our team in Madrid (Getafe).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of client projects within our Power Conversion division, focusing on railway and industrial applications.
- Coordinate and manage all project-related tasks, ensuring effective team collaboration.
- Guarantee timely material delivery aligned with customer contracts, maintaining standards for quality, cost, and performance.
- Organize Factory Acceptance Tests for Transformer-Power converter systems.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Project management certification is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a project manager in the electrical sector, particularly in power conversion, renewable energy, or power distribution.
- Experience managing complex or large-scale projects.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams while also being an effective team player.
- Strong analytical skills to navigate complex project scenarios.
- Flexibility to adapt to client schedules.
- Robust technical knowledge of Power Electronics and associated technologies.
- Understanding of contract management and legal terminology.
