Role Overview
We are seeking an informed and impartial professional to help our clients achieve their goals through the design and execution of strategic M&A in the FIG space. Our team provides expert advice to large and mid-sized clients in the FIG space, leveraging our deep understanding of financial markets, high transaction volume, and unrivalled network of specialists. This role offers a comprehensive perspective to support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on the FIG industry to support marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to pitch books by conducting ad-hoc analysis.
- Update industry databases and credentials.
- Develop and maintain financial models with support from colleagues.
- Apply valuation techniques to support client advice.
- Draft sales documentation.
- Support the team in coordinating the transaction process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with high qualifications.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the FIG space.
- Exposure to fundamental financial principles and experience of applying these.
- Effective relationship building skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuade others.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience of overcoming setbacks to deliver results.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Aptitude for ongoing personal and professional development.
- Knowledge of the relevant regulatory environments.
- Spanish as first language or very advanced Spanish skills.
