Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Producer to join our team at Make. As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a strong understanding of our product, audience, and business objectives to create compelling content that drives results.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners to source and develop content ideas.
- Lead multimedia production for content projects and campaigns, ensuring high-quality output across various formats.
- Undertake minor copywriting and editing tasks to support in-house content creation.
- Produce comprehensive briefs, plans, and budgets for external agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality content on time and on budget.
- Exercise excellent editorial judgment and decision-making to balance content effectiveness, messaging complexity, and audience engagement.
- Monitor and measure the impact of our content, implementing strategies to collect and act on data and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest content innovation and technology to enhance our content strategy.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a B2B and/or tech environment.
- Knowledge of various content marketing approaches, including SEO, long-form content, and gated content.
- Ability to judge when to create content in-house versus outsourcing or briefing external partners.
- Track record of commissioning and creating content across multiple formats.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex ideas into compelling stories.
- Relationship-building skills to manage stakeholders and talent throughout the content creation process.
- Effective self-starter who can anticipate and mitigate gaps, risks, and issues.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous scale-up environment.
- Understanding of the importance of good design and consistent messaging in high-quality content.
