Production Worker

Vibrantz Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Worker to join our Frit Plant team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality frit products.

• Prepare raw materials, intermediate products, components, and packaging according to production orders and execute production.
• Organize manufactured products according to their process status.
• Provide superiors with information on delays.
• Know the product change plan in production.
• Collaborate actively with preventive maintenance, informing both maintenance and superiors of incidents.
• Verify the correct functioning of the machine in which you perform your work.
• Inform superiors of any anomalies that occur during the production process.
• Notify superiors for communication with maintenance in case of malfunction or breakdown.
• Inform superiors of non-conforming products generated.
• Be able to control, under supervision, the production process according to the area/machine in which you are located.
• Complete the production control sheet.
• Inform on the completion of a production order.
• Collaborate in the optimization of production sequencing, knowing the functioning of the machine in which you work.
• Ensure the storage and handling of products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Transport merchandise, if necessary, using elevators to specific locations in the plant.
• Load and unload materials necessary to carry out production.

• Ability to develop tasks established in the different areas of the plant.
• Maintain flexibility and versatility to perform production activities effectively.
