About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our tramway systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and availability of our tramway systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage and optimize maintenance processes to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our systems remain safe and efficient.
Requirements
  • Degree in Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of tramway systems and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
