Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at EnerSys. As a key member of our Specialty (STG) line of business, you will be responsible for providing marketing communications support across our Transportation and EnerSys Advanced Systems (EAS) areas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Literature and Print Management

Support the development and delivery of all printed materials, including product guides, range summaries, and promotional materials. Collaborate with designers and/or agencies to ensure high-quality output.

Advertising and Public Relations

Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and global marketing team to develop advertising and PR campaigns. Liaise with agencies and suppliers to ensure successful execution.

Merchandise Management

Manage the supply of merchandise items for STG EMEA, including online shop management, supplier relationships, and inventory control.

Sales Support

Develop targeted sales content to enable the sales team to effectively engage with customers. Create sales decks, training materials, and other supporting collateral.

Exhibitions and Events

Support the planning and execution of exhibitions and events, including logistics, supplier management, and on-site support.

Website and Social Media

Assist in managing the ODYSSEY Battery EMEA website, ensuring timely updates and content development. Collaborate with colleagues to develop STG content for the EnerSys.com website.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of marketing principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
