Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and increasing customer loyalty
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
- Effectively communicate product information to customers, both in-person and through visual merchandising
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of store appearance and organization
- Perform tasks such as restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining store inventory
- 1-2 years of experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals, preferably with previous work in a commission-based position
- Demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to present information to large groups
- Ability to constantly walk and move about, with frequent stationary standing, reaching, bending/twisting of head, maintaining balance while walking, occasional kneeling, crouching, climbing, bending/stooping at waist/torso, and sitting to assist customers
- Ability to push/pull equipment such as shelving bays, dollies, carts, and racks with up to 20 pounds of force, as well as lift/carry/placing boxes of product up to 30 pounds in weight at heights up to 131 inches while using a ladder
- Operation of foot controls for mobile stock shelving bays
- Exposure to working at heights
- Use of ladder/step stool equipment
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the sales and stock area
