About the Role
Fever is a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, and we're seeking a highly skilled Junior Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team. As a key member of our accounting and finance function, you will work closely with our Accounting Manager to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, optimize financial performance, and inform business decisions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and finance. If you have a passion for numbers, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
