We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our Payments and FinTech Practice Area at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing industry and functional expertise, insights, and knowledge assets to our case and proposal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the payments and broader financial services industry, including trends, innovations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
- Support the development of existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets, including commercialization efforts, marketing initiatives, and publications.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and guiding junior colleagues, sharing best practices within the team.
- Work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the Payments and FinTech Practice.
- 2+ years of consulting experience in Payments and/or FinTech required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred in Payments.
- Strong understanding of payments and broader financial services industry.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Fluency in English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
