We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer to join our FireTV Devices Organization. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing distributed software applications, tools, and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop software applications, tools, and systems that meet the needs of our customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and make decisions around the use of new or existing software products and tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
The FireTV 3P engineering team is responsible for bringing enchanting FireTV experiences to third-party devices. We are a greenfield engineering team, building tools and technologies that will redefine the way 3P partners build their TVs on the FireTV ecosystem.
Requirements- Experience in professional software development, with a focus on designing and architecting systems.
- Programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- Full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
