Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled C++ Realtime Engineer to join our data intake team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for incident management, operations, and support.
Key Responsibilities- Programming of low latency market data applications and APIs in a SAFe and Kanban way of working
- Improving test coverage and testing data for compliance and quality
- Installing and testing software on QA and PROD systems
- Providing on-call support rotation in the DevOps team
- At least 3 years of experience with C++ 14/17/20, including design, profiling, performance tuning, STL, boost, template, and metaprogramming
- Experience with API programming in C++, Java, and C# is a plus
- Working knowledge of various IPC mechanisms
- Linux fundamentals knowledge, shell scripting, Git/GitLab
- Knowledge of Python and Ansible is a plus
- Foundation in algorithms and data structures
- Financial market data and low latency/high throughput systems knowledge is a plus
- Team player with a proven track record operating complex systems under pressure
- Great communication skills, fluent in English
