Technical Information Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Information Security Officer to join our IT Risk and Control team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our applications and systems comply with the Bank's Information Security Policy and standards, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
- Information Security Risk Assessments: Perform regular risk assessments and compliance evaluations to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Security Control Implementation: Assist IT Application Owners in implementing security controls and compensating measures to address identified risks.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor the compliance status of our applications and systems, and provide reports to stakeholders as needed.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT Application Owners, Risk Type Controllers, and other teams to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT security technologies, including mainframe and DB2 systems, Oracle and Java applications, and desktop applications such as MS Office.
- Information Security Knowledge: In-depth understanding of information security principles, including identity and access management, cryptographic standards, security logging and monitoring, and security in application development and support processes.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
