Civil Structural Engineer Wanted for Oil and Gas Sector

We are looking for a Civil Structural Engineer for one of our clients, an engineering company in the oil and gas sector located in Madrid and Bilbao.

The selected person will be in charge of:

  • Calculating structures and foundations: resistance, stability, safety, seismic and wind loads, etc.
  • Calculating and analyzing joints.
  • Modeling structures and foundations.
  • Conducting economic and technical feasibility studies.
  • Carrying out soil studies.
  • Studying different materials: cement, metal, etc.
  • Studying construction methods.
  • Performing site work and commissioning: inspections, problem detection, implementation of improvements, etc.

Requirements:

  • Completed technical engineering.
  • Experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar position.
  • Experience in the O&G sector.
  • Specialty in Structures (metallic and cement/concrete).
  • Software: Staad Pro (SAP2000 and Idea Statica).
  • Medium/high level of English.
