About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Airline Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Hola Consultores, S.L. as an External Scheduling and Distribution Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Scheduling and Distribution Team in publishing and updating schedules in the schedule distribution platform Navitaire, including passenger re-accommodation management.
- Manage schedule changes and codeshare partnerships with OAL, ensuring seamless coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Scheduling and Distribution Team to produce, optimize, and maintain Flight Programs in coordination with the Company's relevant business areas, applying constraints and limitations related to operations, commercial, slots, traffic rights, etc.
- Develop and maintain metrics, follow-ups, presentations, automations, and reporting to support the team's objectives.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Advanced user of Office package, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in airline-related positions, particularly in Network/Slots/Scheduling, is a plus.
- Computer programming skills are a plus, but not required.
