Eosol Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager/Planner with a specialization in construction project management and planning for a crucial position in Portugal.
This role is fundamental to ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects, where you will provide expertise in monitoring progress and validating construction schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Project Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of construction activities, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
- Schedule Validation: Review and validate the construction schedules provided by contractors, ensuring they align with the overall project timeline.
- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to project stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and timelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
- Risk Management: Identify and analyze potential risks associated with project schedules and progress.
- Documentation: Ensure that all project control documents are completed accurately and maintained in accordance with company standards and protocols.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by assessing current project control processes and suggesting enhancements.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, specifically in a construction environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary for assessing project performance.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project conditions.
