Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of full-stack solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and document technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the team.
- Work closely with senior architects to execute assignments and ensure adherence to IT architectural standards and practices.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Full Stack Architect role, with a strong background in designing and implementing full-stack solutions.
- Proficient in programming languages (JS/TS and C#) and expertise with Azure Cloud tools and technologies.
- Experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, ) and hands-on expertise with complex proof-of-concepts, governance, and public cloud platform(s).
- Deep knowledge of security best practices and concepts to design secure applications.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Advanced communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
- Experience working in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Option to work remotely within Spain, with the option to work abroad up to 25 days yearly.
