Job Title: Digital Project Manager Sap4Hana

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to lead the digital transformation in our manufacturing and maintenance business area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical development of new tools, collaborating with manufacturing and maintenance departments to identify needs, and ensuring that digital products meet user expectations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end project management, including scope definition, budget preparation, and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
  • Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met, and develop support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications.
  • Monitor and report on analytics metrics concerning usage, savings, and other KPIs.
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
  • Present the project to stakeholders at different stages and negotiate or assist in negotiations with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or any engineering branch.
  • Previous management experience, project management, digital engineering, or a similar field (minimum 3 years).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance environments.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, ERP, GMAO, and data analysis tools.
  • Extensive experience in leadership and team management roles (direct & cross-functional).
  • High level of English and Spanish, other European language is valuable.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
  • The ability to identify and address manufacturing and maintenance challenges creatively and efficiently seeking opportunities for improvement and looking for savings.
