Key Responsibilities- Develop expertise in configuring Data migration and Data transformation tools to drive business growth.
- Execute data migration / transformation delivery related activities in projects, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and resolve issues resulting from customer testing, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Build competencies and expertise to become a solution expert in a short time frame, driving business outcomes.
- Document best practices and onboard colleagues, becoming a multiplier and demonstrating ability to scale.
- Identify customer's logistics business needs and design and architect the appropriate solution proposal from the Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) portfolio and beyond.
- Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases (presales, sales and delivery) and architect potential solution design.
- Facilitate customer workshops and discussions to validate the best solution design for the customer's requirement.
- Lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, in distributed regional and global teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
- Contribute to continuously enhance the DMLT solution design according to changing market requirements and identify potential enhancements.
- Strong background of SAP Modules SD, MM, PP, PM with good understanding of SAP data model for at least 2 of the modules.
- Closely collaborate with people in different roles across the company.
- Establish and maintain trustful relationships with Market Unit colleagues on all levels, both externally on customer side and SAP internally and externally.
7-10 years technical experience in Consulting delivery. Technical delivery of minimum 2 SAP data migration projects. Experience in SAP ABAP programming languages, debugging and interfaces.
