Job Summary:

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled Operational Buyer to join our team. As an Operational Buyer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all purchasing activities align with corporate policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure materials on behalf of the business according to technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms.
• Initiate purchase orders according to purchase requisitions and standard procedures.
• Recurrently follow up with suppliers to ensure fulfillment.
• Support bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information.
• Oversee supplier performance and resolve performance issues.
• Align supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience working as a buyer/procurement technician with transformer components.
• Demonstrated experience working with SAP4Hana.
• Good command of English required.
• Willingness to travel valued.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication and negotiation skills.
