Key Responsibilities- Customer Insights and Strategy
- Gather customer insights from a broad range of stakeholders to shape and form both the definition and ongoing execution of projects.
- Anticipate industry trends and leverage insights to influence long-term technology strategy.
- Architecture Design and Deployment
- Leverage a structured approach to architecture projects using existing methodologies.
- Propose and develop new solutions to scale across multiple customers.
- Practice Development
- Generate new and/or improvements to existing intellectual property.
- Anticipate and address organization- and industry-wide gaps, patterns, and needs to drive changes.
- Trusted Advisor
- Develop a deep network of internal/external relationships with senior-level decision makers at high-impact customers.
- Act as an advisor to external stakeholders and provide direction to facilitate relationships between others.
- Thought Leadership
- Lead the direction that internal team members and stakeholders take with customers by sharing ideas, insight, and strategic, technical input across boundaries.
- Initiate and drive external architect community events and act as a mentor to junior colleagues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain.
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain.
- OR equivalent experience.
