Position Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role within the Human Resources Group, overseeing a diverse array of HR functions to ensure seamless operations across all European business units. This position provides essential support in areas such as employment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compensation administration. The HR Business Partner will engage with personnel at all levels, offering technical guidance and direction to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address employee concerns, conduct thorough investigations, and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Collaborate with various HR functions to assist employees with issues arising throughout their employment journey.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
- Support the implementation of corporate policies at the business unit or division level.
- Facilitate organizational and leadership development initiatives, working with staff and management to identify and resolve root causes of HR challenges.
- Resolve employee relations matters using a systematic approach.
- Assist senior management in developing solutions from a cultural and process-oriented perspective.
- Drive company-wide programs and initiatives, including salary reviews, stock option grants, workforce planning, and organizational changes.
- Lead special projects related to human resources management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Over 10 years of experience in human resources.
- Comprehensive understanding of local labor laws.
- Proficient in various HR disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
- Competencies in business acumen, communication, consultation, compliance, ethical practice, global and cultural awareness, HR expertise, and relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Professional HR Certification (CIPD) or the ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
- Experience in HR within an Engineering or Construction environment.
- Experience in Immigration Administration and/or International Assignments is advantageous.
- All new hires must successfully complete a pre-employment background check in compliance with NIST.
Working Conditions:
This role may involve prolonged periods of sedentary work, interaction with clients, and occasional travel.
