Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Engineer to join our team at MCR International. As an Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic systems and circuits for our clients in the health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Participate in the design of control, readout, and data acquisition electronics and their integration in a hardware platform.
  • PCB Design: Transform input requirements into schematics and layouts for custom printed circuit boards.
  • Testing and Verification: Carry out laboratory tests and verifications to ensure the quality and functionality of electronic systems.
  • Self-Test Protocols: Define and implement self-test protocols for custom electronics.
  • Component Selection: Participate in the selection of off-the-shelf elements and components.
  • Engineering Coordination: Coordinate with the engineering department for the transfer of electronic systems to manufacturing.
  • Documentation: Generate appropriate documentation according to the company's quality procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Electrical Engineer or equivalent (Master's Degree).
  • Language Skills: English, ALTE-4 level, with the ability to read technical documents and write notes and measurement reports in English.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in electronic design.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • EDA Tools: Experience with standard EDA tools (Cadence/Altium).
  • Programmable Electronics: Experience with programmable electronics (FPGAs, MicroControllers).
  • High-Density Devices: Experience with high-density devices (BGA, QFN, etc).
  • High-Speed Design: Experience with design for high-speed, signal integrity, and power integrity (step-ups, step-downs, etc).
  • Peripheral Interfaces: Knowledge of peripheral serial interfaces (I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB).
  • EMC and Electrical Safety: Knowledge of EMC and electrical safety regulation for electronic systems.
