Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Madrid office. As a key member of our Technology team, you will provide operational support and account administration within the Service Desk team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to onsite and remote users, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to onsite and remote users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and support end-user devices, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Manage and monitor IT Service Desk Incidents and Service Requests via our call management system.
  • Manage user system access for various applications, ensuring secure and compliant access.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality and process efficiency within the team.
  • Escalate critical issues to the IT End User Services Manager, ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in an IT support team, with a strong background in incident management.
  • Experience with call management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Windows 10 support and build experience, as well as Active Directory and Citrix Support.
  • Desirable skills include ITIL foundation certification, Microsoft certification, and experience with Service Now and Avaya Telephony.
