Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Robert Walters Spain. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from our headquarters to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- To follow up shipments from our headquarters to final customers, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- To coordinate with local customer service teams and carriers to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
- To analyze logistics incidents and take corrective action to minimize delivery issues.
- To prepare and issue documents for international shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- To review proof of delivery dates to ensure accurate invoicing and to monitor returns in collaboration with local customer service and carriers.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics or operations roles.
- Engineering degree or business administration, with a master's degree in logistics being an asset.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, time management, team spirit, and attention to detail.
