About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Specialist to join our Insurance team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, including:
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Validating and quoting consumer electrical products for insurance replacement
